Meeting Minutes

Meeting called to order at 6:30 P.M. by Doug Hall, Chairman.
Attending: John Amsden, Doug Hall, Terry McCormack, Dave Dobson, Jim Plunkett, Alan Mayville, Stan Brehm
Absent: Richard Debold, Tom Jameson
The meeting minutes of 8/15 and the meeting minutes of 8/29 were unanimously approved.
Discussed: status of RSMSA (Road Survey Management System). Data entry is complete.
A representative from the Central New Hampshire Planning Commission is expected to finalize
the reports on Tuesday, September 13th.
Discussed: Idea of having a public meeting to present the Road Agent’s upcoming warrant articles.
Decision: there will be a public meeting but the schedule for same has not yet been determined.
It likely will be after the CIP has presented their plans to the public.
Discussed: preparing a report that will be used during the public meeting and the town meeting.
Amsden agreed to put together an outline for discussion at the next meeting.
Future meetings scheduled: Monday September 26, Monday October 17th, Monday October 31st,
Monday November 14th
Meeting was adjourned at 7:35 P.M.
